Kidney stones and possibly gall stones are coming your way. The sweeteners deposit themselves in your organs since they can't be processed and eventually calcify.
If you can limit them and just have coffee most of the time it's probably better.

Don't do it senpai. Just buy caffeine pills and save yourself the money. I am currently trying to break the addiction myself. I work with a guy who drinks like 2 a day on average, plus coffee.
I told him he is going to have a heart attack or stroke someday. I don't think he will change though. He is the one who got me on 'em in the first place.

I got gall stones age 23 (2 years ago). Had been pretty heavy on these kind of beverages (3-7 per week). I'm not fat.
Doctor said this pretty much doesnt happen to people this young unless i fucked up somewhere in my diet. Didnt think to mention that I chugged those fuckers.
