He said it's definitely not that my back is weak, I'm just doing a bad job of keeping it tight and at the very bottom of my squat, I stop sitting back and my butt just drops.

You don't understand, the muscles that raise your back are your hamstrings and glutes. The hamstrings are specially the most important for the SLDL. Rounding your back doesn't change that.

Your back muscles don't raise your back. They only pull the bar towards your body and straighten your spine. What raises the back is, again, hamstrings and glutes.

If your SLDL is your strongest deadlift, your weakness is not your hamstrings, That's your strength.

Look mate I hurt it deadlifting 160kg
I gave it a couple days rest then hit a PR 130kg x4 on squat. 3 days later I was warming up squats with 80kg and felt sharp pain in my glute. That night I couldn't bend over, walk, sit or even lay without wincing from the pain. The next morning I woke up in even more pain. I went to the doctor and that put me on 3 pain killers a day an an anti-inflammatory. At this point training before it's properly healed good do some serious damage and hinder my training even more.

Old ale and barleywine should be right next to each other. Porter should be under stout because the style was originally a "stout porter". Saison should be under Belgian Ale. Should be a sour category too. Also missing Imperial IPA and ESB.
