The whole point of a cheat day if you aren't a weak tard is to boost your leptin, something which alcohol suppresses. You're better off drinking straight spirits on non-cheat days if you're gonna drink.

You're just restating a wrong statement from that comedy weight loss video. A beer is not equivalent to seven slices of bread. Two slices of the whole grain bread I eat is 180 calories, and that's more than a Guinness Draught. So you're wrong. Beer is worse in the sense that you need to drink A LOT more to get drunk, and therefore the calories add up, and it's not so good. But one beer is not detrimental, and it is nowhere need seven slices of bread. Autism.
