Been working out for about 5 years, but for about 4 of those years I wasn't very consistent. (e.g. I'd workout for 2-3 months, then take off 2-3 months).

For the last 1.5 years, I've been extremely dedicated to my diet, and training. My weight has fluctuated a lot between various bulk/cut periods.

Well Im guessing you are new here, but an old trip named tinytrip was 5'5 and (I believe) was natty up until the end when he did a anavar cycle

He was my original goal body, this was him at 160 which sounds like a bit larger than you wanna be, so maybe a lean 150

Imo start soon because the longer you wait the more you will have to look back on as wasted time, start slow-lift heavy-eat a lot and sleep as much as possible, lifting and in general being healthy is one of the greatest decisions I've ever made

This honestly baffles me. I cut out all the shit in my diet. Follow these macro nutrient plans as well as i can and I'm not losing ANY weight. I've been working out for almost 2 months now and i would think I would be dropping weight like crazy with how dedicated i have been to a healthy diet, with no sugars. You're counting calories right? You mentioned macros but calories are much more important.

You're either:

1) Using an incorrect calulation of your TDEE

2) Not tracking everything you eat

3) Not tracking the amounts that you're eating accurately. Considering getting a weight scale and weighing out your food.

4) Using wrong estimates of calories in certain foods.. any app is fallible; double check the calories in food by googling it.

I think the best tip I can give you is: Keep going
Bodyweight is hard as fuck, you gain muscle slower than gymbros, you need a tom of brain and body coordination and when you get into advanced things like Levers, Human Flags, Iron Crosses, 60s+ of L-Sit, One Armed Chinups and that kind of things that take at least a couple years of training you get sooo desperate, that's one of the main reasons people tend to stop doing it, because they want "fast" results like gym ones.
Another tip I can give you is that you don't have to switch your rutine exercises too often (Because muscle memory) or at least change it to the same exercise but one progression harder. Remember that Quality > Quantity so it doesn't matter that you can make 30+ pushups, you need to make them right (Not just pushups but everything) Also get a buddy to make your routine with, It'll keep you on the long run and doing it will be more fun for both of you

3x4 Iron Cross Training (Depends on the progressions I'm atm)

2x6 Ring Flys
2x6 Handstand Pushups
2x8 One Arm Ring Pushups /or/ Ring Archer Pushups
2x10 Ring Psuedo Planche Pushups /or/ Rings Turned Out Pushups
2x10 Sphynx Pushup (Or another king of tricep extention like X pushups)
2x12 Korean Dips + 10kg

Pull (almost everything on wooden rings)

2x4 Straddle Ice Cream Makers (Front Lever Training)
2x5 One Arm Chinup Training (Also depends on the progression)
3x5 Pullups + 15kg
3x5 Neutral Grip Pullups + 15kg
3x5 Chinups +15kg
2x8 Full Typewritter Pullups
2x10 Headbangers +15kg
2x10 Tucked Front Lever Bodyrows (Or Tucked FL autralian pullups as you wanna call them)
