I feel unbalanced when I do a proper squat.
Like me knees need to be wide as fuck and my toes feel like they need to fall inward.

How do I get a better stance?

Stretch your hamstrings every day.

Make sure you aren't bending your back far forward to compensate for having your feet super wide and not going deep.

Try your heels at shoulder width, feet at about 30 degrees out (if directly forward is 0) and perform the movement with your hips and keeping your chest from 'sinking'.

No. That's not how the body works. Doing 100 body squats a day will not build muscle. To build muscle, you need to break your muscles down. To do this, you need to overload them with weight, not by repeating an action hundreds of times. That's why lifting routines are usually 3x5 with as heavy weight as you can handle for that long.

I did several lifting programs for years and made slow as fuck progress strength and aesthetic wise. Lifting for size only works when you take sterons. Bodybuilders and hardcore lifters only look the way they do and reach the strength levels they do via taking drugs as a catalyst to make lifting mean something.
1 year ago I started doing exclusively intensive bodyweight training natty and I've made mind blowing gains in overall athleticism and I actually feel and look /fit/. It was amazingly easy and actually fun unlike lifting.
