Without knowing the exact mechanism by which dnp works its probably not that simple..
The side affects could be hepatoxicity or arrhythmia.. educated guess is he needs som ething administered that binds to the dnp or blocks the receptors allowing it to be excreted etc.

Here would be my game plan. Jump into an ice bath, immiedietly. Start eating ice cubes, then do a cold water nettipot to cool your brain. Then shove ice cubes up your asshole. Repeat the process of:

>cold water nettipots
>shoving ice cubes up your ass
>wrapping your neck with frozen wash clothes to directly cool jugular
>Have an air conditioner in the bathroom and a fan blowing directly on you
