Please help. Long story short, im a dumbass who sort of fucked up with a test cycle around a year ago. Fucked up as in didnt do my pct right or use my AI right, so yeah as you can see i developed mild gyno as a result. Really started bothering me around 2 months ago, its not just puffy nips. I feel the lumps. Luckily this is not a bad case, right? Its also not the best pic. The gyno is more obvious depending on what angle you are looking at.
can working out my pecs make it unnoticeable? Please im so fucking depressed right now I want to kill myself,
I just want to make it so that its unnoticeable, as I know the only way to completely get rid of the lumps is surgery.
I have 31 pops of nolvadex 20mg and some arimidex.

barely fucking noticeable compared to mine/a lot of other peoples gyno, dont fret it.
And yes actually getting fit/developing your pecs will help make it look less noticeable at least.

its still fucking with me. I can feel the hard lumps. It depends on the angle and position im in in regards to how well it can be seen.
in my case since the gyno is not severe does that mean surgery wouldn't be as harsh? would I recover a lot quicker? Would there be scars?

Can you post a pic from another angle? Preferably next to your chest; it really depends on how big they are.
