Basically getting 2 burritos for the price of one just for being friendly with the dude behind the counter. I will admit that chiptole is tastier for some reason tho and their guac is better.

Also at the waflle house I go to late at night, I started bringing the cook random food from where I work. Now he gives me double all star breakfasts for free. Half the time I go home with a waffle and an ungodly amount of chicken. Pro tip waffle house has chicken breasts.

Are there any general tips to consuming more? I'm 5'10" currently 150lbs, doing calisthenics 5 days a week, but I've only been at it for just under 5 months. I want to start hitting the weights again, and seriously put on mass. But I had stomach troubles, so eating a lot of food is a bit of a struggle. Any good ways to real pack the extra calories in there? I'm aiming to be eating ~3kcal a day.

What time do you wake up? Wake up earlier.

When I did my first bulk two years ago I didn't have a 9-5 at that time, I worked pretty irregular hours so I was waking up at around noon or so on most days. It's hard to eat all the food you need in what amounts to roughly 4 less hours each day. If you're waking up late, try getting up between 8 and 9.

Today it was just 6 hardboiled eggs, a grapefruit, some carrots and I feel like eating my wife, so I'll propably eat something more.


I went up from 205 to my current 238-240lbs in the last 7 months while eating like this.
