I've been doing Hatha Yoga twice a week since January. I think it's great. It's not for everybody, not in the sense that it's hard, but that it is a completely different scenario from the gym. It has helped much with stretching and articulation. I have noticed things about my body that I never got around to tell before, differences in strenght between both sides, where it feels easier or harder to reach and why, etc. There is also work on some kind of internal strenght, not in a mystic way, but literally core strenght and strenght to the smaller muscles that help with everyday balance. I recommend it.
