Mixed grip or regular grip?
Been using mixed grip for a long time but I realized only today that mixed grip might be fucking with my form. My reversed hand doesn't pull right and it messes up the bar path, it's hard to explain, anyways thinking about switching to regular grip now but afraid my deadlift is gonna drop a lot.

Regular grip, you gotta lift as much as you can with regular grip to get your grip strength up. It's not ideal but you can mixed grip heavier weight so you don't kill your gainz but you should start doing regs whenever possible
Hook grip
it depends on your goal
powerlifting: whatever the fuck you want
bodybuilding: regular grip, because mixed grip can cause an asymmetry

Other anon here, but I personally was never able to use a hook grip so i jist use straps ans then do a grip excercise.
