I know this doesn't sound impressive but i was 300 pounds. Not able to squat all the way down.
After 3 weeks of doing deadlifts and rows and dropping 50 pounds i can now do a full squat pretty easily

Pretty good OP, I'm still pretty fat, but I was 75 pounds heavier and couldn't squat all the way down. I get compliments on my form all the time. It feels good.
