Dorian's routine is pretty good for beginners. It's not what he did but it's sort of a version he created for BB.com for beginners like you.

Personally. HIIT isn't for everyone, personally I enjoy it but I really only do it for my isolations. That's beside the point.

I would recommend the following routines for you: read them over and try to focus on the routines and ignore the merchandise they are trying to sell you:
Starting Strength
Arnold's Blueprint
Dorian Yates' Blood and Guts
Squat Everyday
Jay Cutler's Living Large

I also really recommend that you pay close attention to rhe forms videos on all of the routines; there are good instructuonal videos from youtube channels like

Jesus fucking christ, yates is trolling the world with this shitpost routine. I guess if you are on as much gear as yates was, it might help to build muscle, but for fucks sake he doesnt even list reps or sets.

What do you guys think about this routine:

A
Flat bench 12 reps x 5 sets
High bar squat 10 x 5
Incline bench 12 x 5
Calf raises 30 x 5
Chest flyes 15 x 5

B
OHP 12 x 5
Bent over barbell rows 15 x 5
Lat pulldowns 20 x 5
Lat raises 20 x 5
Facepulls 20 x 5
Shrugs 12 x 5

C
Barbell curls 15 x 5
Skullcrushers 15 x 5
Hammer curls 20 x 5
Kickbacks 20 x 5
Incline dumbell curls (dropsets) x3
Tricep pushdowns 20 x 5
Wrist curls 20 x 5

1 warmup set, and last set is always a dropset. ABCxx.
It's been amazing so far, just want an autist's opinion.

It really depends on what weights your using. If you already have a good strength foundation then this should be good. But not if you're only benching 1pl8 lol
