Any of them would be fine, but I'd recommend waiting a few months at least on Sheiko, you probably have some fairly easy gains left on the table. If you like being in the gym I'd go with GZCL, I think it's a well structured intermediate program and the stress/volume should be fairly consistent week to week.

i agree with this, but i think there should be an exception in the novice stage where anything works. linear lp's gives novices a taste of the progress carrot while remaining simple enough for the biggest chucklefuck to figure out. it's also stated that you should stop if you keep stalling, the fact that a few idiots keep running into a wall for 6months doesnt really make the lp itself bad

It's hard to gauge, because you may not realise you don't have as good work capacity as you could. You may think you're doing s lot because you feel rough when it could be the opposite.
