Lost 16 pounds in 16 weeks, no strength lost. Now im considering if its smart to keep cutting or should i have like a 3 week refeed and then continue cutting or just accept that i wont have abs this summer and start bulking. I've been on TRT for the last year due to extremely low natural testosterone. I'm prescribed 150mg test c per week, but I take 70ish mg every three days.

With this I've stacked a 12 week cycle on anavar @50 mg per day, and a cycle of dbol at 75mg a day for 8 weeks.

Track your calories and your eirght daily for a week or two while beginning to lift. From there you should be able to figure out how many calories a day are needed to maintain your weight. Take that number and add 500 to it and it that amount of calories a day. Try your best to eat healthyish foods and eat 1g of protein per lb you weigh.

My neck started to really thicken up the heavier on deadlifts I got. Working traps will also help as well.

Don't take it unless on a test base. Umm I really liked it. It wasn't wet. Pumps were very good. Only made me gain 5-6lbs but it was extremely dry gains. Made my veins pop and gave me that hard and full look all day. Oh yeah and most importantly gained me a ton of strength without packing on the lbs, which is nice because I compete.

Well it really depends, if you really wanna go down to pound town you will have to eat a lot of fat, anything above 3500-4000cals will be fucking hard, I can tell you that.

Best bulking foods for cheap are:
-Peanutbutter approx 650 kcal per 100 gram at like 25-27 gram protein, it doesn't get any better than that in my opinion, I used to empty out a 350g jar a day, gained like 10kg in 2 months, the pure peanut butter one is healthier, just try out different brands
-mixed nuts with raisins or without, be careful to buy the one with peanuts in it because it's cheaper, about 500kcal per 100g, about 20 grams of protons
-whole milk, 3.4 grams of protein per 100ml, 660 kcal per Liter, a staple of my diet, you can add some powders or chocolate in it to get something new, and it's also one of the only things I didn't get tired of, I can't down Peanutbutter anymore
-pasta, about 350 kcal per 100g, around 10-15 grams of protein depending on the stuff you get, just add some olive oil, basil leafs and salt and pepper or straight up just salt and butter
-oats, no idea about the calories or proteins anymore because I don't eat them, they go right through me when I eat more than like 100grams and it's quite unpleasant, but cheap as fuck
-sardines, or other cheap canned fish, great protein source, but protein shouldn't be of the essence when going for 4000+cals because you literally cannot miss your protein macros
-bananas, cheap as fuck, tasty when you're lucky, and also calorie bombs, also cancels out a lot of sodium which is good
-potatoes, a lot of carbs, not a good protein source
Eggs for protein
If you can do it, just get peanut butter, a gallon of milk, some pasta and you're set, you don't need to get to like 8000cals, that's too far if you don't want to do cardio all the time

A good amount of Peanutbutter, 200grams of mixed nuts and the gallon of milk will bring you to 4500cals with about 200grams prot. Good luck bro

High levels of body fat is actually detrimental as it promotes the production of oestrogen. It's the nutritional"good" fats that comes from food that is beneficial, but by judging your diet where most of your calories come from peanut butter, nuts and milk, you're eating too much. over time, weight loss will stall at the same cals. someone might maintain at 1500, meanwhile there are people MAINTAINING at 3k cals.

so if you want to gain muscle, you need a surplus to keep that metabolism going, and to feed your muscles: your body wont allocate calories to building muscle by default, excess calories will go towards that though.

basically, macros arent the end of the world, just get enough protein and carbs and cals, fill in the rest with fat.
