OP here. I don't get it then.
I have a very nice face. I look almost like the guy in the pic (he has better hair/hairstyle though). My skin is almost as if I am made out of wax and women don't show a lot of sexual interest towards me. They look at me and say SOO CUTE and stuff like that like I am some kind of object that is only good to look at, or like a puppy or wtf.
I am 5'10 and my bf is still a bit high (16-18%). Sometimes I wonder if it's because I look too young, I am 26 but look 19-20.
I'm also very, very shy.
On the other hand there is this 24 yo bartender guy that I know that doesn't have such a nice face as mine, however he is quite good looking, but where he excels is in everything I mentioned:

body is a 9/10 body with good shoulders, chest and strong arms but nothing exaggerated

Sometimes I feel like it's either because I look too young (I do very well with jailbait (16-19), but I live in a country that will jail me for that shit (Canada)).
Other times I think that it might be the height as in my home country people are shorter on average. Especially the girls. In Toronto there are lots of girls almost my height and it's intimidating to me.
But I guess it all comes down to the shyness as I am very shy here and very confident back home. Back home girls call me hot and sexy instead of cute and adorable.

Yeah, it's more about how you carry yourself and the aura (cringe as it sounds) you give off. I would say it's easier to seem confident at a taller height simply because you look bigger, but it doesn't mean you can do it when you're shorter.

I've always been naturally social, but only recently have I been genuinely more positive, so this may or may not help you:
I basically changed how I see myself, the world, and other people.
I have depression, but I've been working on it by improving myself regularly. Every aspect of myself I dislike, I find a way to work on. That way, even if I can never really reach an end goal of what I want to be like, I can see myself progressing. I might not be a 'good' person, but I try--and that's how I see myself: someone who does the best with the shitty hand he was dealt and makes it work for him.
As for the world, I've started to see it more from the view of the Stoics. Nature does whatever the fuck it damn well pleases (Nature with a capital N, meaning the force that controls the universe, not 'nature' as in the trees and shit) and there's nothing I can do about it. So, I should only worry about things I can control, because worrying about things I *can't* control will only cause undue stress.
And as for other people: Instead of getting angry with stupid people, for example, I recognize that they can't be anything but what they are--I don't have to respect that, but I understand it--so if they don't listen to reason, that's no skin off my back.
All of this has made me a less angry person in general, and my negative emotions have been blunted. So, I can be more optimistic and content and "radiant/positive" without faking it.
TL;DR change your attitude about yourself, the world, and others, and you'll probably be better off for it

You will get better at it. I started by analyzing my negative thoughts after the fact, preferably when I was in a better mood, and that helped me to see patterns. Now, I'm pretty good at lessening my own negative feelings in the moment.

I actually own the Enchiridion, though I haven't gotten to reading it yet. If you want to adopt a Stoic mindset, I'd recommend buying Marcus Aurelius' Meditations. It has a lot of good quotes, and it's pretty fragmented, so you can read a few every day and more easily pick and choose what you agree with (would not recommend following everything if you can't justify it to yourself).
Seneca's letters are good, too, if you're able and willing to basically read short essays.
