No new PRs as of late. I'm still working my way back up to 295x5 on TM after taking the small deload across all lifts when I switched programs, and I'm gonna be doing 285x5 Friday, so I should get it easy enough.

I shaved my head in winter and looked like a brute. Hair definitely helps, and a tan. And clean bulking.

I hate this stringy look that my cheeks sometimes get when I bulk. Definitely isn't bad if I'm staying on top of my game, but if I mess up on the weekend I get all bloated in a way that doesn't happen when I'm leaner. Currently 190 but need to get up to 200lbs if I'm going to hit 1/2/3/4, So far I only have the 1 and 2.
