Does anybody know anything about icing wounds?
I work manual labor for 55 hours a week lift heavy every other day and still do cardio and I block out the pain with caffeine pills which work pretty well surprisingly.
Also block it out with constant movement.
Does icing help?
My deadlift has gone to shit because of work.
