Preheat oven to 350. Bake in metal baking dish (spray dat shit with some fookin olive oil) 20-30 min, test with thermometer.

OR if you don't like hot sauce, sprinkle chicken with basil/garlic powder/salt/pepper and maybe some oregano if you like italian shit. If you don't have spices, pick up Mrs. Dash salt-free garlic and herb, same shit.


Also if you get tired of rice, substitute sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with some sea salt....delish

I take my chiken breast, put some sauce on it (chinese sauce from glass bottles, forgot the brand at the moment), add some shit on top (onions, cheese etc.) and put it in the oven at 400 F for 40 mins. The sauce melts and turn into a broil. The chiken breasts just fucking flake with the fork, it's delicious.

the brine needs both sugar and salt, you could do with white really but it comes to preference. You can also add other things to the brine for flavor like peppercorns, olive oil, many things work.

I like soy sauce so when I brine I use that, it works with all meats but each requires a different approach.

It's definitely hard to deal with. The beans themselves are about par for cooked beans, but they're suspended in a slimy and sticky substance. Think semen, but even more stringy, to the point where you can raise a bunch of beans a few feet in the air and there'd still be strings. Toppings help control that too.

You can get the bacteria culture off ebay for a few dollars (one-time purchase if you make natto regularly), and dried beans should be available where you live. Add in an optional fermenter (about $20, makes yogurt and rice wine too) and you're set.
