don't push them till they're like 10-12 and you'll have a kid who can beat you up at 16

can a titty even produce a gallon of milk in one day?
>>
I'm a future dietician
>follow guidelines given by doctor/pediatrician
>don't even think about training kid until old enough to run
>introduce healthy foods ONE AT A TIME/ one per week or so
(ex. Broccoli or veggies. They wont like the bitterness. Studies show it will take 8-10 exposures but as much as 50, keep trying, they will like it eventually
>dont fucking give them juice except rarely, its the devil. Cranberry/pomegranate is best
>get them a flinstones multi or similar
>feed them enough so they grow to full potential
>give them unhealthy snacks every so often/healthy deserts (cheezits, tortilla chips, etc.)
Take it from me, they will be super exposed to it in the school system, and enforcing a no junk food policy increases the desire (studies show) and increased desire + ample junk snacks.....
>get them into sports, but dont fall for karate meme
>let them bike on the streets, it fosters independence, desire for transportation, and exercise

Don't wean it early. Breast milk for the braingains.

Make sure he gets breast milk for the first two years! Our culture has a weird thing against older babies but the WHO recommends it.

Don't ever give him juice please, it's basically liquid candy and it's lazy parenting. Water or milk (there's fortified milk for toddlers too) is much better.

As a toddler his diet should include nutrient dense stuff like eggs, avocado, liver, fatty fish, etc. Healthy fats are really important for brain growth, most of which happens during the first few years of life.

Good shit but its okay if you get just one good year of breastfeeding, the baby will be deficient in iron and protein much longer if you dont introduce solid foods.

babies should be fat

they have growth spurts and need the energy
