Don't worry about what you'll do in 6-12 months or years from now.
Just clean up your diet, do some cardio, do Starting strength and concentrate on the small daily and weekly progress in weight loss and strength gain.
Come back in 3-6 months and update us on your progress and then reassess your goals for the next few months.
