Can anyone help me? My sister wants to start training with me, and I can't seem to find any decent female training routine online (everything looks like a fad). She is an absolute begginer and will be doing this while cutting (i think that's the best option), so take that into consideration please.

SL is well converted to females if you have access to microplates. She'll just stall in the upper body lifts earlier. The app converts the went progression for women automatically.
