I give up, /fit/. How the fuck do I keep up my daily protein minimums? At first I thought i could do it with milk products but THEN you fuckers told me that would have too much sugar or some bullshit like that.

So how do I do it? How do I intake 200g of protein every day without spending a fuckload? Tuna is disgusting, eggs don't have enough protein for each serving, most meat is gross and salmon is too expensive.

Well 1 egg is 6g protein 75 cals
100 ml milk is 3.5g protein and 65 cals
100g chicken breast is 30 protein and 200 cals
100g oats are 17 protein and 390 cals

Eat these things in various quantities mixed with vitamin C from other sources and it's OK.

I'm shit at dieting and I'm talking entirely outa my ass. I'm just repeating shit I saw here.

Secondly, chicken breast will give you all the protein you could ever want. For 200g, you need to eat 640g chicken breast, which is totally doable and will give you 650-1000 calories. Fill the rest up with complex carbs and good fats (olive oils, fish oils etc)

100 gram has

>3.6gr of carbs

I eat two tubs of 500gr a day (a kilo) spread over 4 sittings (breakfast, prelunch snack, postlunch snack and predinner snack) which gives me roughly;

>90gr of protein
>37gr of carbs
>2gr of fat
add 2 ounces of meat for dinner and 1 scoop and I average out between 160-180gr of protein daily depending on what meat I eat.

if you're averaging 100g a day you're fine.

total caloreis and carbs are actually more important.
