might be a fungus, might be dermatitis. put a topical cortisteroid on it, if it gets worse it's a fungus and if it gets better it's dermatitis.
I'm not an expert but I've had some minor skin conditions including a fairly nasty fungal infections a few years ago.

I can help you, i had that a few months ago, really bad on both sides of my thighs, thats jock itch i used this every morning and every night after showering, you should see improvement within a couple days. Jock itch happens because you don't shower immediately after the gym but yeah hope i helped

I'd vote for fungus, I got a cream with cortisone and it would stop itching but I guess you can show it to a doctor and get an anti-fungal cream. It went away by itself in a couple weeks but yours seem to be in a larger area.
OP here, it doesn't itch at all and it doesn't bother me in any way, only the aesthetic part. Still, I want to get rid of it.

Ok, there is a lot of shitty information in this thread.
Hydrocortisone is a steroid cream. If you use it on fungus, it will make the fungus worse. You want to use an anti-fungal like some people have suggested, lotrimin is common. If you use the lotrimin and it doesn't get better in a week, switch to hydrocortisone. Also, powder your shit and shower more frequently.
