anyway I don't waste my fucking time on "preworkouts" beyond the occasional black coffee now, and I don't even take that every workout.

I do still have half a can of old pre-ban DMAA-1,3 jack3d sitting around though

Tfw just got into pre workouts, and it was amazing todday.

I need the beta-alanine in the preworkout for the tingling feeing in my hands and fingers man. It feels like electricity flowing through my hands and I feel like I can lift anything - my feels included.
