Protein Puddin Pops.
Basically I mix goat milk and my favorite whey protein powder with sometimes a little vanilla.
Mix them in a blender real well, and make popsicles out of them with popsicle molds from the store.
Mine are around 50 calroies each and likr 5-6 grams of protein.
