Dear /fit/
I'm planning on a trip trough thailand/south east asia for 2 months, how do i not lose all my gains? I've been training for 2 years now and made some really good gains that I have worked hard for and am proud of but I am afraid I will lose alot of gains.
Are there places where I can lift weights? Should I do home workouts, and if so what should I do?
what else should i expect?
Also general travel thread.
Gyms exist in SEA.

do body weight shit. you might lose some gains, but if find the time to do dips, pull ups, chin ups, push ups and handstand push ups then you might hang on to your uper body gains. for the core you should do planks, leg raises and other shit depending on what you have available.
as for legs, you don't have many options, you should do cardio since contrary to fit it does work you legs, but cardio is not SQUATZ&OATZ-tier so don't expect any gains, you might even lose some but not a lot
Pack a pair of gymnastic rings and make the best out of the situation.

So if I just do that I might even make some gains in my upper body?
i always thought body weight training would turn you into a hungry skeleton

what are your stats. bodyweight shit really depends on you stats. if you can bench 100kg push up are kinda pointless, so you skip them and go for dips. if you can already do 20 pull ups, do harder variations
>>37531120 has a point, ring work is still bodyweight work, just harder. try that

You're fine dude. Just eat best you can. You won't lost any gains at all even if you don't shit the entire time. It's a really stupid fucking meme. A week will not do shit. You'll look smaller because inflammation from consistency in the gym will settle down but you won't actually lose any gains.
Jesus Christ fit.
Enjoy your vacation bro don't overthink it
Thanks man haha, but I am planning to go around 2 months, isn't That too long?

Two months won't do shit either.
Plus you'll gain every bit of strength and fullness back in less than a month.
