Doesn't being physically fit help reduce some of the cholesterol problems that eggs can cause? It seems like most serious lifters eat fucking shitloads of eggs so either they just don't give a fuck or eggs aren't actually that bad for fit people.

Eggs don't cause cholesterol problems. Dietary cholesterol has barely any effect on serum cholesterol. Sugar raises your triglycerides. Low fiber raises your LDL. Being sedentary lowers your HDL. Eggs don't fuck up your blood lipids.
