Anyone else workout 5 days a week, get stronger but will never be aesthetic because we enjoy bar food and beer too much?

Now I just maintain my current level of strength, and focus 100% on nutrition. Best I've ever looked and felt in my life.

Yeeeeep. I eat pretty clean when I'm drinking but it takes me a lot to get drunk so even if I'm drinking lower calorie options I'm still taking in a shitload of calories.

I've cut back on drinking though so hopefully that helps.

How do you deal w that?

No offense or anything, i just get so much out of strength gains mentally. I can't understand not wanting to get stronger for fucking eternity.

Yeeeah. I'm recomping very slowly as a result. Not going over tdee but just absolute shit food. Just had wen-Dies today. Within my calorie goals, but still...
