I have this every morning:
Ice
1 cup of oats
2 cups of coffee
Whey protien
1 cup of milk
(Add some peanutbutter or marshmallows to mix it up if your on a bulk)

Post-workout shake:

2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1/4 a cup of almonds
8 oz of milk
half of a banana
a teaspoon of honey (optional)
1-2 scoops of whey
2 cubes of ice (optional)
1 cup of greek yogurt (optional)

It comes out too roughly 600-700 calories depending on what you want in it and the exact ingredients used.

150-200g any leafy green.
Any fkn fruit. Mango, Banana(brown spotted), blueberries, pineapple mainly.
Some fat to absorb fat soluble vitamins. Usually 1/2 to a whole avocado. This gives the smoothie great texture.

Could add a nice flavor of whey in there too if you want for even more protein. Already has a good amount.

I know you're going to say coffee, but what does that taste like? Sounds like it would be amazing with my usual shake.

If I'm bulking, I'd add an extra cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup of oats and 2-3 tbsp of Sunflower seed butter.

i usually do one of two variations depending on what kind of whey i've got

chocolate whey
1% chocolate milk or 2% white milk
piece of dark chocolate
ice
2 shots of espresso

vanilla whey
frozen mixed fruits (usually either strawberry or pineapple)
orange juice
2% white milk
a little lemon juice
