Not the overall levels because I always eat the same shit.
If I eat something out of the ordinary I deduct it from it's equivalence.
Usually from my allotted slices of bread.
1 slice is 100kcal, I eat between 3-8 on a usual day.

Eat wholegrain senpai. A wholegrain bun has like 50 calories and good fibre. They have them in the UK for 25p each so I sometimes eat them as a little snack when coming home. Idk about wholegrain bread but its propably fine too.
