Sometimes, a couple hours after eating a really carb-heavy meal, I feel like what I assume is hypoglycemia (never actually been tested) - tired, shaky, lightheaded. Almost feeling like I might pass out, but so far it hasn't happened...
Which is then alleviated by rest and/or eating more.
Is this normal or is it a sign of the diabeetus?
sounds like insulin resistance / impaired first-phase insulin response (prediabetes)

why would you be hypoglycemic after eating carbs
>>37517058
You're sugar would go up after eating carbs, not lower. So this post doesn't make sense.
How about you go learn yourself some more about blood sugar and shit. /fit/ won't be able to help

Learn to read dipshits, I said hours after eating. Of course blood sugar would go up shortly after a meal but then it could drop later on. Google reactive hypoglycemia
