These people that study martial arts, I've noticed they have pent up aggression since they don't use the skills they develop. Only a few of them actually go out of the way to have a match / fight. The rest are too chicken to get serious injuries, and end up frustrated during training where a slip in concentration ends up injuring another / freak accident.
The mental zen part always gets left in the gutter for some reason.
