I've been feeling lethargic and demotivated recently.
Will starting to take preworkout help?
What things should I look for when choosing a preworkout brand?

just start doing things productive as soonb as you wake up, if youcant et yourself motivated then youre not gonna make it. i never use pre workout and i do just fine
Snort a line of coke or caffeine
Chase it with a cup of strong, black coffee
Roll your own. Unflavored protein powder, creatine, more caffeine, and anything else you want to toss in
At night, have liquor. Not girly, faggy raspberry shit. Real, raw, burn your guts liquor.
Do this until you make a bear afraid of you, you burst your enemies' hearts by chance, and you're fucking girls like a amphetamine powered jackhammer. Life is good.

I just take straight caffeine and ephedrine.
pre work out drinks are shitty imo. super expensive and all they are is caffeine and a blend of bullshit.
Honestly, make your own preworkout. So much cheaper.
Buy bulk powdered caffeine, creatine, beta alanine, L-Citruline (optional), and BCAAs (optional).
Can all be found relatively cheaply.

creatine and beta-al aren't really preworkout supplements
you should time your creatine supplementation with your highest insulin spike, so basically whenever you consume the most high-glycemic carbs
beta alanine can be taken whenever, as long as you keep up with your intake to keep yourself saturated
also, DMAA?
I don't give two shits about money so don't tell me to make my own
I've enjoyed quite a few pre workouts (curse would be the best IMO) but I'm wondering if there's any out there that aren't filled with colouring and flavours?
