This shit is so fucking delish

Mix with a can of tuna, pour some lemon juice and grind a bit of black pepper over for maximum snack
>>
>>37507422
Fuck! Stop making me hungry!

Would papadum be a good, protein snack? Made from legumes, so should be quite protein rich. But very salty, though.
>>
>>37507422
I dont understand the "cottage cheese is awful" meme
It's delicious, just put in on bread, put a bit of honey and go
nuts and a banana go nicely with it aswell, same with a glass of milk
>>
>>37507492
cottage cheese by itself is awful, I always find my self force feeding it while trying not to gag, mix it with something however and it's a different story

what kind of cottage cheese are you getting?
I know there's one that I buy that sometimes tastes sour due to the water or whatever that shit is thats in(to conserve the cheese i presume)
but there's one that has some kind of fresh and sweet taste and is amazing, sometimes I just eat it with a spoon

deenz are goat

I've been eating lots of oysters recently.

Oysters have all kinds of vitamins that are relatively rare in the modern diet. Loads of B12, selenium, zinc, omega3 and more. Smoked oysters are p good too.

>cottage cheese by itself is awful
What?
No!
It's not even a strong taste, so how can it be awful? Its only very slightly milky and cheesy, with a bit of sour. Quite neutral and unoffensive.
>>
>>37508034
Canned oysters? Where do you get them?

Kipper snacks are pretty good. A lot more flavorful than tuna, but it isn't ridiculous like deens are.

this based on speed and protein count. Plain only, too much sugar in the flavoured ones
>>
>>37508125
Don't. They almost always have little bits of broken shell hidden inside the meat.
>>
>>37507422
I don't buy cottage cheese anymore. Love it so much I just go straight through the 500g container if I dare open it.
>>
>>37508034
You must be rich, I can get 4 cans of deenz for 1 can of oysters, they taste much better too

This shit.
Don't know if you'd still consider it high protein though, since I always mix in some berries and/or oats.

Most of it's loaded with sugar, but Chobani keeps that quite low in comparison.
As a result though, it tastes absolutely foul to most people who aren't used to it (very sour).
I've been eating it for years, and like I said, still add some berries or oats just to take the edge off. You do get used to it though, other yogurt tastes weird to me now, often too runny and milky.

Just had some sardines yesterday. Most people are grossed out when I say I like them. Have you tried ones in mustard? I was given them but I'm afraid to try.
>>
Any suggestion on seasoning for sardines?

I absolutely despise the taste of fish.

Sometimes i go out my way to get some pigeons for supper. My favourite high protein meal.

>>
>>37507185

Snack?

Greek Yogurt chocolate peanut butter bonanza fanza

But the real deal is chicken breast either with broccoli or shredded into a bean and avocado burrito
>>
Sardines are good. If you're looking for an alternative: Mackerel. Just as cheap and has its own taste.

They are also great for the pussies who don't like the GOAT feeling when the tiny sardine bonelets are crushed to dust between your teeth.
