Horrible. I don't know what the fucking problem is. I'm skinnyfat and started out with 25% calroie deficit. Great, lost 1kg in one week. Now in the second week, I've gained 0.5 kg back? I always make sure to weigh myself in the morning after pissing and shitting and before I drink even a drop of water, so I don't get different weights from water. Am I doing something wrong? I don't do anything besides lifting (none of my lifts have suffered yet) but I'm really considering starting couch-to-5k for cardio on my off-days now. Am I in starvation mode?

I guess I shoud say something about my diet.

Doing IF and IIFYM 35% carbs (150g), 35% fat (65g), 30% protein (125g) and I mostly end up eating healthy food like chicken breast, tuna, and other low fat meats, whole wheat bread, brown rice and different nuts and milk for fats aside from around 10g-20g of nutella every couple of days. I don't have any cheat days either.

You dont have to clean everything twice a day with a tooth brush but spend 1-2 hours on a cleaning day every week where you just focus on making everything look tidy instead of actual cleaning, meaning for example cleaning that sink so it doesnt look like a ...well if i dropped my toothbrush there I would toss it.

it will make a world of difference.
I would reccomend going for nice smelling cleaners, a friend of mine is a professionalcleaner and basically he has a trick where he just showers everything with stuff that smells like lemon because if people smell freshness thats appearantly 70% of what makes you "feel" fresh or something. I am inclined to agree after trying it myself.

How much calories should I be cutting? Am I eating too many calories?

I'm a 5'5 XX chromosome bearing 160 lbs. ex-fatass. I use MyFitnessPal to help me keep track of calories and it has me at 1,910 calories to lose 1 lb. a week. On workout days I consume about 1,600 to sometimes 1,700 while on days I don't I only eat about 1,400 to 1,500. So far I've lost 54 pounds but it feels like I'm forever stuck at 160.

The only exercise I can really do is cardio on the treadmill which I run for an hour. I really want to start lifting but I don't have enough money for a gym membership. Been using a weight machine (lmao) but I plan on saving enough to get some dumbells at least along with some other weights.

I'm only just now starting on a cut but funnily enough my depressed fat ass was already doing this. Sleeping 10 hrs, work 8 hrs, get a huge fastfood meal that comprised all my daily calories, ate it in like 20 minutes, nothing but water after that. I've been doing that for weeks and my clothes have been fitting better but goddamn is it a really unhealthy cycle all in all so. I like the way the hunger hits so I'm def gonna stick with intermittent fasting but, y'know, healthy foods and better life patterns.

Remember that the the satisfaction/"happiness" you feel from eating is purely meaningless. Don't let your brain fool you. And even if part of your brain keeps trying to convince you that the satisfaction you'll get from eating might be worth the cost because of how bad things may be or whatever, remember that there are MANY MANY other ways to get that sort of feeling of satisfaction from all sorts of activities.
