I need help /fit/
Since I started my new warehouse job I feel like I've been withering away
I'm losing lbs every day even though i'm trying to bulk. My job includes putting boxes of stuff into big trucks and I have to do it at a fast pace so it's important I lift everything correctly and don't fuck up my back.
But I feel like i'm burning a shitload of calories doing this and my lunch breaks are so short and i'm eating my meals so fast i'm almost choking on them. I got one more 10 minute break I eat a clif bar or protein shake on. But it's not enough
What do you recommend me to eat? It gotta be something small but still packed with calories

You need nuts my man. Peanuts, cashews, macadamia ect. Just eat as many as you can on breaks. Nuts are pretty calorie dense. Outside of this make sure you eat plenty before and after work and that you're getting good sleep.
I used to do ground work in the summer and before i would go to bed i would eat a monster boll of porridge with peanut butter cream, whey and chocolate biscuits mixed in, the fucker must of been about 1000 calories if not more. I started to feel noticeably less fatigued in a few days.
Also sleep more.

Eat big breakfast and/or dinner, light snacks on breaks. If you're super active, a chocolate bar on breaks could be perfect.

Before you go to work, make yourself a breakfast shake and chug it. That shit should be between 1000 and 1500 calories. Things to put in there:
Oats
Full cream milk
Peanut butter
Fruit
Brotein powder
Full fucking cream
Whatever else you want
Tastes great, is easy to down and will easily get you going.
During work, consume your normal lunch PLUS as many nuts as you need. If you are a poorfag, you can just go for peanuts or peanut butter. Shit is cheap af and will keep you full of energy. Also, get your sleep and ofc stuff yourself hard after work.
Personally, when doing physical work, I need about 5000 calories. Of course not all of those are clean, but it can be done. Good luck.
