How do I sleep 6 hours and fully recover/rest?
I'm sick of having to sleep 8 hours a day.

if i do upper/lower or full body i need usually 9-11hrs.
if your body needs it i say do it. if your body is declining into sleep mode then go rest instead of being up doing stuff. i see it as just a basic need which people don't take advantage of and instead take advantage of it based off of the lifestyle they choose to live. the decisions we make and why we do those things and how it affects our sleep.
