I rarely use enough weight to justify going mixed, though. I like doing high rep sets. Easier to keep good form. Maybe once every two weeks or so I'll test myself with a third plate and go mixed grip.

I've used overhand grip up until this point, but am now forced to mixed grip because my forearms aren't strong enough.
