Work your forearms too.

pull ups and rows should take care of those

Dips instead of push ups
>>
Yes you can. I would add planks and leg lifts from the pullup bar. I did that for about a year before i had access to a gym and went from skinnyfat to moderately fit.

It seems like these two exercises together
https://www.exercise.com/exercises/8-count-bodybuilder
https://www.exercise.com/exercises/burpee
hit everything except traps, biceps and obliques, and it seems like including a windshield wiper movement would hit obliques, and maybe adding in push-up variations to hit traps and biceps.

with yes-no-maybes for neck and calf raises, and then sports, running etc. as wellI is there anything missing?

maybe transverse abdominis although it seems like it would be included in the transition from squat to plank in the bodybuilders if there's pressure on the spine at that stage.

Using this as a push up thread

Forgot to mention core work. That is an obvious necessity.

It would also be variations of pushups and the cardio would be running, sprinting, jump rope, rowing, and stadiums. Covering my legs
