Down to 166lb from 175lb over course of about a month.
Dumbbells Curl and press went from 25lb 3x5 to 35lb 3x10
Goblet squat from 40lb to 60
Pullups from zero to 3-4 per set
DB Pullovers from 30lb to 45lb 3x10
Proportional gains on other excersizes.
Do not feel like dying when running for 10 minutes at 6mph at 5deg incline. (couldn't do 5 minutes at 5mph at 0 incline a month ago)

I think I have pretty horrible bench form. Or at least severe form degradation. I have benched 105kg in a club meet before, but whenever I have to do rep work it gets fucktarded hard.

It'd have to be pretty damn bad bench form. I could deliberately do everything 'wrong' on bench - no arch, no leg drive, grip right next to the smooth - and still have a bigger bench/press disparity than that as someone who focuses more on the press than bench.
