Is this programme legit? I've seen good results from people on bodybuilding.com.
I'm skinny fat and I'm 61kg, 173cm tall. I was looking for a programme that provides full information about everything from workout routine to diet plans to exercise details.

here are 2 short plans that are ment to getyou started the 7 day one should get you set up with the basics(getting familier with the gym,stocking your kitchen with /fit food etc) they have all the details you wanted and if you never youll probly make gains on any plan as long as you dont hurt yourself and eat right
