If you mixed up testicular with prostate (and I've heard multiple anons say it reduces prostate risk) this link says it only reduces risk if you're in your 50s - frequent masturbation in your 20s and 30s actually increases your risk of prostate cancer.

and correlations like this aren't very reliable in my view, it could be something else about those 50 year olds which reduces the risk and happens to lower libido as well (like having a poor diet) - I don't see why masturbating would somehow have a different effect on the prostate than sex either.
