>end up looking DYEL and weak as fuck

>cut slow
>stay looking good and strong, but takes about 6 months to cut just 10 pounds of fat

What's your preferred method?
>>
can i cut fast if im carrying around like 20% bf? will it eat my mussecles? ;_;
>>
clearly you've never cut if you think that's what happens retard
>>
It depends on your current bodyfat percentage, here's a guide I go by.

30-50% bodyfat = 2.0-5.0lbs per week

20-30% bodyfat = 1.0-3.0lbs per week

15-20% bodyfat = 0.75 to 1.5lbs per week

10-15% bodyfat = 0.5 to 0.75lbs per week

5-10% bodyfat= 0.25 to 0.5lbs per week
Believe it or not, but I actually cut on higher calories from 15% to 10%, than I did going from 30% to 20%.

If you've ever watched Jerry Ward (YouTuber fag) he does the same thing. He increases calories the leaner he gets.

This is how you get lean without looking flat.

what actually happens?
>>
Realistically, do you have enough muscles for it to matter?
>>
favorite method?
not being natty
>>

Nah m8. If you're at 20% body fat or higher you can probably gain muscle on a cut if you get sufficient protein.

The first one becuase I don't lose that much muscle and I get my strength back in a couple of months.
>>
>>37471532
try cutting properly faggot.
>>

>6 months to cut 10 lbs

Not it doesn't. Losing 1-2 lbs a week is the optimal rate for retaining muscle. You could lose 10-20 lbs in 10 weeks it's really that easy
