You don't give in to peer pressure trying to get you to go against your frame. You hold people to a strict set of boundaries, keep people accountable. You don't let outside influences affect your self-image or emotional state.
BPers will "go with the flow". They'll agree to statements for the sake of fitting in or not wanting to make waves. They invest their self-image in the opinions of others. The RP frame is the opposite of this.
For example, someone mentions a band you don't like or never heard of. The BP frame is to pretend you like them or have heard of them hoping to be "cool". An RP frame would be to admit you don't like them or haven't heard of them, and own it like you don't care if people think less of you for it. If people give you shit for it, you brush it of like it doesn't phase you. People will ultimately respect you for not being afraid to own who you really are and not giving a fuck what they think.
