Who /lifting without cardio/ here?
Fuck, everytime I step on a bike I'm feeling worn out.

Started running 2 times a week for about 20-25 minutes. I hadn't done cardio in forever, and I bulked from 58 to 73 kg without doing any, and it's clear my cardiovascular system isn't keeping up.
I stepped on a trampoline for the first time in forever recently and I started breathing heavy after like one minute, before I could jump for hours. Could still do a backflip though.

Me but only because I injured my hammy twice on the stationary bike. I like doing cardio.
Cardio 5 times a week before lifting for 40 mins
4.2 mph 1 min, 6.0 mph 1 min, 4.2 mph 1 min, 4.2 mph 10° incline 2 minutes.. Rinse and repeat
