Can't tell you how much I go through those wraps. Very useful in making something and throwing it in a wrap and eating it.

Chicken, salmon, tuna, broccolli, sweet potatoes, rice. olive/avacado oil to cook them in. If you're eating anything else, other than green veggies, then you're wrong.

I use frozen shrimp. Thaw them and do pretty much anything with them.

>not as expensive as you think if you get frozen or from other sources

Sometimes I make shrimp and tomato sauce and put it on some pasta. This afternoon I made shrimp tacos by pan frying some shrimp with seasonings and lemon juice and putting them on those 50 cal wraps.

Fresh shrimp are just as good if not better. Of course if they're not de-shelled then you'll have to do other things with them.

bake at 425 for 25 min. Before baking, cover in olive oil and garlic.
After you take it out, spray some lemon juice on it.

Table soon of apple cider vinegar
Water

Cover bones in a crock pot with water until bones are covered completely add apple cider vinegar cook on low heat in a crockpot for 24 hours maybe even longer.Add veggies/ meat around 6 hours before its done.

Its seriously great tasting
