Also i went to a community college my first two years because I just didn't give a fuck at all about college but my parents were helping me out so I took advantage of it. Then I just commuted to the most convenient university for my junior and senior years and graduated. Honestly it was a miserable college experience and I would do it all differently if I could. Depends. There's two, the one at college (MAC I think it was called) is the newer one, and has a lot of platforms, also lot of grills. The other one is RAC, aka dungeon - well to me that is. 1. other students are extremely cutthroat competitive which makes it hard to make friends. i became closer with these bartender bros at a restaurant by my dorm than with any penn student which says a lot imo. also ended up working with a qt3.14 grill in my comp sci class who i think has meme autism like me because she spaghetti'd a bunch of times in front of me
2. biochem and comp sci: material isn't that challenging after a while, but the exams are purposely made extraordinarily difficult to get good grade distributions (lowest average was a 20% for a calc class)
3. there are i just didn't pursue them due to lack of interest
4. largely urban which makes it really easy to get good food / groceries etc. there are also a bunch of great off campus living options which you wouldn't get at a bubble school
5. gym (pottruck) is absolutely incredible. lots of new / well maintained equipment. basketball courts and a rock climbing wall. can't comment on gymnastics
