Saturated fat is the big one, it's usually solid at room temperature and found in shitty oils, coconuts, most animal fats & some dairy
If it's solid at room temperature it's very probably a bad fat

The reason it's bad is because heart disease and arterial problems all stem from plaque & too much LDL ("bad" cholesterol) in the blood stream. Keto noobs will have you believe this is nonsense, but it isn't, but it's not a problem when your diet is mostly veg.

Good fats come mostly from nuts, seeds, legumes, fruit, veg and fish

Eat mostly veg, wwitch to olive/canola oil and don't eat too much butter and don't eat red meat more than once a month and you're pretty much sorted. Everything else is blogging memes
