On permacut. Been cutting for 7 months. Weight has been stalled at 205 for the past 2 months even though mirror has been showing results. I also went from doing 0 pull ups to 5 in the last month. Let's say between untrained and beginner. It's not motivating at all to lift on a 1000kcal deficit. I've made some decent noob gains but stalling at retarded things like a 55kg BP is really depressing. I also have an horrible sleep hygiene. I think I've lifted for maybe two years but with tons of breaks. I stop when I stall too long because I kinda hate lifting anyway. Especially squats.
