Would it be possible to go from 55 to 100kg in a few years?
>>
You could do that in 2 years and gain mostly lean mass depending on your height.

Insane.

I'm 21, and since I turned 18 I only managed to put on 10kgs.

Cray. I'm not at 55kgs, 175cm tall

I'm gonna americanize this post.

u weigh 110lbs RN.
Let's just say you're 5'10.
Let's just say you'll maintain 15% BF

You could easily go 110lbs -> 160lbs in one year.

Year two 160-175lbs.
Year three 175-185lbs.
After 185lbs @ 5'10 @ 15% BF it comes down to genetics, discipline, and patience.

Of course at this point you could Juicaroo and go full meatball

We weight the same lmao, I've actually thought about ending it all. Gonna start lifting in a few weeks (need to get employed first) and see if that doesnt make me feel less like a fucking shit
>>
>>37457708
height?, female/male? how much lean mass do you want to put on?
It would be insane even on roids tho
>>
>>37457708
You want to put on 45kg, or 100 lbs IN A FEW YEARS?

Yeah.... nah....

Explain

That's fucking retarded

You're not going to be able to do that, it's probably going to be mostly fat.
>>
>>37457708

Depends on the starting point. When I started lifting I was 58kg, all skin and bones, no muscle at all. After a month or two of just eating right and lifting whatever my body had "normalised" to around 70kg. The only reason I was 58kg was because I did not eat enough for my body to maintain any muscle mass.

After that though it slows down.

So if you are anorexic level at 55kg you can expect to gain 10-20kg from a year of bulking, after that it becomes harder.

Neato. What did you eat at that point? Did you look better when you reached 70kg? I know I look cadaveric as shit at 50kg.
